Ellen has 23 years of experience in Assisted Living. She started as a home-health aid and worked her way to Executive Director. She has been CALA licensed for over 14 years. She comes to the Traditions family as a strong leader having years of experience and knowledge. She was nominated for Executive Director of the Year in 2013. She is also certified as a Dementia Care Practitioner. Her passion and commitment to all her residents can be felt in everything she does. She keeps open and open-door policy to maintain communication with all her residents as well as their family members. She also mentors her staff and helps guide them to keep pushing themselves to advance in their field. Her love and devotion to maintaining a community with the highest standard in care and quality can be felt the moment you walk in the door.
Cheyenne - Amber Fallick
Business Office Manager
Cheyenne has 10 years of experience in Assisted Living. She started as concierge and worked her way to business office manager and interim Executive Director before joining the Traditions family. She brings with her wisdom and experience beyond her years. She loves working with people whether it is a resident, family member or staff member. She is Cala Licensed as well as certified as a Dementia Care Practitioner. She strives to brighten each and everyone’s day while handling all business-related activities in the community. Staying up to date with regulations, she ensures the community is complaint with all regulatory standards.
Jennifer started in the Assisted Living field as a concierge. She quickly learned that working with older adults was her true passion. She decided to pursue her Cala license in 2019, as well as become certified as a Dementia Care Practitioner. She strives to bring a smile to everyone one she meets. As the marketing director, she loves getting to know new people and helping them find the right fit for their loved ones. She prides herself in taking the time to learn each person’s story and helping them navigate the many options available. She wants to ensure they can have peace of mind that their loved one will have exceptional care and a meaningful quality of life.
Memory Care Coordinator
Heidi has a Bachelor degree from Immaculata University. She is certified in financial gerontology from Penn University. She has been a social worker for 30 years working in homes, hospital as well as long term care facilities, specializing in psychology and gerontology. She is also a fitness specialist. She oversees the Daybreak community. Older adults have always been her passion. She loves taking the time to get to know each resident in our Daybreak community and connects with each of them on a personal level. She feels pride as she encourages her residents to explore new hobbies and experiences as they celebrate each day together.
Resident Care Coordinator
Marriah has been working in the assisted living field for 19 years. She started as an aide working her way to med tech then assistant administrator before coming to Traditions. She brings with her a long history of skills and experience in the industry. She ensures residents get the day-to-day care they require as well keeping open communication with family members, physicians and other members of the care team. Her passion for older adults came as a kid. Not having grandparents herself, she loved building that relationship with her residents. She loves to make everyone laugh and smile so she is known to joke around. But she is very serious when it comes to providing the highest quality of care for all our residents.
Food & Beverage Coordinator
Josh has been in our community for over 7 years but has more than 10 years of experience in the field. His commitment to older adults started when he was young. His entire family works in healthcare so he saw firsthand how important they are in improving the lives of everyone they work with. With that foundation, he is passionate about learn new and innovative ways to provide care for our residents in all aspects of life including food service. He holds multiple SERV Safe certifications including being certified as an instructor/proctor. Josh also holds a dementia specialist certification. Understanding the residents and enriching their lives is his focus. He is dedicated to providing excellent service for our resident, as well as their family members and guests. However, he strongly believes that there is always room for improvement. He actively seeks out feedback and suggestions to enhance the dining experience as well as the quality of life throughout the community. When you’re with Josh you’re not just a resident or a room number, you’re Mum-mum or Pop-pop, you are part of the family.
Kim has a degree in psychology from Bloomfield College. She spent 18 years working with the developmentally disabled community as a Habilitation Planning Coordinator as well as Day Program Manager. She loves to get everyone moving and grooving whether it is exercise, brain game or arts & crafts. She takes the time to get to know each resident to understand their spiritual, cognitive, physical and emotional needs. She helps them keep up with their hobbies while exploring new talents. She loves to hear from the residents and their family to get suggestions on activities and trips they would like to do together.
Jonathan is responsible for overseeing housekeeping and maintenance. Jon works closely with his team to offer weekly housekeeping services . Overall building and grounds maintenance and upkeep is planned and executed through his guidance. Jon is also part of the safety committee, keeping our residents at the forefront of safety concerns.
