Ellen has 23 years of experience in Assisted Living. She started as a home-health aid and worked her way to Executive Director. She has been CALA licensed for over 14 years. She comes to the Traditions family as a strong leader having years of experience and knowledge. She was nominated for Executive Director of the Year in 2013. She is also certified as a Dementia Care Practitioner. Her passion and commitment to all her residents can be felt in everything she does. She keeps open and open-door policy to maintain communication with all her residents as well as their family members. She also mentors her staff and helps guide them to keep pushing themselves to advance in their field. Her love and devotion to maintaining a community with the highest standard in care and quality can be felt the moment you walk in the door.

Stephanie started in the Assisted Living field as a concierge. She quickly learned that working with older adults was her true passion. As the Sales and Marketing director, she loves getting to know new people and helping them find the right fit for their loved ones. She prides herself in taking the time to learn each person’s story and helping them navigate the many options available. She wants to ensure they can have peace of mind that their loved one will have exceptional care and a meaningful quality of life.
Josh Williams
Business Office Director
Josh Williams is a graduate of Rowan University with degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Neuroscience, which he uses to understand the aging process. Josh has worn many hats in the healthcare field with almost 15 years of experience under his belt. Josh started at a young age as a dishwasher and housekeeper, quickly rising through the ranks with time spent as a server, cook, activities assistant, receptionist, Dining Services Direct, and now Business Office Manager. Josh holds numerous certifications and specialized training for healthcare and geriatric care including being a dementia care specialist. Josh has always known and had a passion for geriatric care and helping others. His well rounded educational and professional experience make him a valuable member in our community. Nichole Lockman, RN
Resident Director Care
Nichole Lockman, RN has been a practicing registered nurse for over 10 years. Nichole comes to us with a rich background in health care including Home Health Services and Assisted Living. Nichole is known for her strong leadership skills and has a passion for empowering and mentoring her team with an emphasis on teamwork. Her dedication to providing resident with the highest quality of care is top notch. Nichole love working with residents and families to help them fulfill their goals in the community and led a positive, healthy, happy, lifestyle. Nichole is excited to be a part of the Tradition’s community and to be able to take part in the growth of the staff and residents.
Jessica James
Resident Life Director
Jessica is new to Assisted Living however, she has spent time as a certified caregiver. Shortly after Jessica started caring for an elderly loved one, her passion ignited. Jessica continued working as a caregiver for some time before joining our team as the Resident Life Director. Jessica is very compassionate with our residents and focuses on the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of everyone within our community. Jessica will soon be graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. Jessica care for every resident as if they were her own family and wants everyone to feel important and loved every day.
Joyce Miller
Dining Service Director
Joyce Miller joins our team as Dining Services Director, bringing over 30 years of remarkable experience in the dining industry. Her journey began as a waitress, where her dedication and passion propelled her up the ranks, eventually leading her to own a charming café in Collingswood, which garnered attention in local newspapers for its quality and atmosphere.
Joyce’s extensive background includes roles in the Philadelphia school system, corporate dining, and serving Delaware government centers, allowing her to hone her skills in diverse environments. However, it was her transition to assisted living that truly captured her heart. Joyce discovered a profound passion for enriching the lives of residents through exceptional dining experiences.
Her commitment to the residents, her team, and the broader community is evident in everything she does. We are thrilled to welcome Joyce to Traditions of Cross Keys, where her expertise and enthusiasm will undoubtedly enhance our dining services and create memorable experiences for all.
Crystal Giambrone
Memory Care Director
Crystal has known since she was a young child what her calling was in life. Spending time in her early years caring for an elderly neighbor opened her mind and heart to a lifelong calling of elder care. This passion drove Crystal into the healthcare field in 2012, where she spent nine years working in Activities with Alzheimer’s patients. Crystal joined our team in 2021 as our Memory Care Director. Crystal brings her passion, determination, and heart every day and gives her all to our Memory Care Neighborhood. Crystal’s knowledge base is ever growing, first earning her Certified Dementia Practitioner credential, now working towards becoming an Alzheimer’s Journey Coordinator. Crystal wants to learn as much about Memory Care as she can and is always bringing fresh new idea’s to the table to better suit and care for all of our residents.
Brian Kania
Maintenance Director
Brian has over 25 years of experience in building maintenance, with a particular focus on senior living, where he has spent roughly 15 of those years. Additionally, he has 6 years of experience working in student living environments. A graduate of the Electrical Trades program at Gloucester County Institute of Technology, Brian also has a background in fire science and is well-versed in fire and life safety codes. He is passionate about serving seniors and brings a wealth of knowledge and care to his work in this area. In his spare time, Brian enjoys entertaining as a DJ, spending time with his family, and caring for his Rottweiler.
