Crystal Giambrone
Memory Care Director
Crystal began her career in the medical field as a teenager, attending vocational school to study nursing. She worked as a CNA before transitioning to a medical assistant role in a doctor’s office. After taking a few years off to care for her family, Crystal returned to the workforce, starting anew in the activities department in assisted living, where she worked as an activities aide with individuals affected by Alzheimer's and dementia.
As her career progressed, Crystal became increasingly driven to improve the lives of those impacted by cognitive impairments. She advanced to the role of Dementia Coordinator in a Memory Care unit in Southeast Philadelphia, and later took on a management position as Activities Director in Deptford. It was during this time that Crystal truly discovered her passion for working with individuals living with Alzheimer's and dementia, and for supporting the families who care for them.
While at Traditions of Cross Keys, Crystal enrolled in college and earned her certification as an Alzheimer’s Journey Coordinator, followed by certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She is now actively collaborating with the Alzheimer’s Association to raise awareness and provide support to communities in New Jersey.
