Ellen has 23 years of experience in Assisted Living. She started as a home-health aid and worked her way to Executive Director. She has been CALA licensed for over 14 years. She comes to the Traditions family as a strong leader having years of experience and knowledge. She was nominated for Executive Director of the Year in 2013. She is also certified as a Dementia Care Practitioner. Her passion and commitment to all her residents can be felt in everything she does. She keeps open and open-door policy to maintain communication with all her residents as well as their family members. She also mentors her staff and helps guide them to keep pushing themselves to advance in their field. Her love and devotion to maintaining a community with the highest standard in care and quality can be felt the moment you walk in the door.
Sales and Marketing Director
Stephanie started in the Assisted Living field as a concierge. She quickly learned that working with older adults was her true passion. As the Sales and Marketing director, she loves getting to know new people and helping them find the right fit for their loved ones. She prides herself in taking the time to learn each person’s story and helping them navigate the many options available. She wants to ensure they can have peace of mind that their loved one will have exceptional care and a meaningful quality of life.
Business Office Director
Josh Williams is a graduate of Rowan University with degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Neuroscience, which he uses to understand the aging process. Josh has worn many hats in the healthcare field with almost 15 years of experience under his belt. Josh started at a young age as a dishwasher and housekeeper, quickly rising through the ranks with time spent as a server, cook, activities assistant, receptionist, Dining Services Direct, and now Business Office Manager. Josh holds numerous certifications and specialized training for healthcare and geriatric care including being a dementia care specialist. Josh has always known and had a passion for geriatric care and helping others. His well rounded educational and professional experience make him a valuable member in our community. Jason has spent most of his professional career working in the trades. He transitioned into the building maintenance field in 2016 and found a great appreciation for the work. He quickly rose through the ranks and within his second year started managing his own building. During this time, he acquired his Black Seal Low Pressure Boilers license, EPA Universal Technician certification and CPO Pool Operators license. Jason has always had a passion for hospitality and helping others. That, combined with his work ethic and problem solving skills, has made him a great asset to the team.
Stacey Shaw RN, BSN is a graduate of Rowan College of South Jersey Cumberland Campus and Wilmington University with degrees Nursing Science. Stacey has filled many roles in geriatric care spanning almost 30 years. She has experience in LTC, Assisted Living, ams Adult Medical Day Programs. She taught CNA and Medical Assisting courses at Cumberland County Technical Education Center, with a Standard Teaching Certificate in Health Sciences.

Resident Life Director
Kim has a degree in psychology from Bloomfield College. She spent 18 years working with the developmentally disabled community as a Habilitation Planning Coordinator as well as Day Program Manager. She loves to get everyone moving and grooving whether it is exercise, brain game or arts & crafts. She takes the time to get to know each resident to understand their spiritual, cognitive, physical and emotional needs. She helps them keep up with their hobbies while exploring new talents. She loves to hear from the residents and their family to get suggestions on activities and trips they would like to do together.
